Product Purchase
- Full payment is required when placing an order.
- Once payment is completed it cannot be cancelled.
- Payment is by either Paypal, Debit or Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
- CoolWave Shorts make every effort to ensure that the colour and size of the shorts that you have ordered are available. If the shorts that you have ordered are not available you can either have a complete refund or we can advise you when the shorts will be available.
Delivery
- Orders will be dispatched within 1 – 2 days
- Order Tracking Number will be emailed to you when the order has been dispatched.
- Within Australia, Standard Post will take 2 – 5 days. Express Post will be next day service
- International to Zone 1, New Zealand, Standard Post 7 to 12 Business days, Express Post 5 to 8 Business days
- International to Zone 2, Asia Pacific, Standard Post 10 to 15 Business days, Express Post 5 to 10 Business days.
- International to Zone 3, US & Canada, Standard Post 9 to 12 Business days, Express Post 5 to 8 Business Days
- International to Zone 4, UK & Europe, Standard Post 10 to 18 Business days, Express Post 7 to 14 Business Days
- International to Zone 5, Rest of the World, Standard Post 9 to 25 Business Days, Express Post 8 to 18 Business Days
- Australia Post has advised us that due to Covid, delivery times may be longer than normal.
- Within Australia, Standard Post is flat rate of $10
- Within Australia, Express Post is flat rate of $15
- International Standard Post is flat rate of $20
Returns/Exchanges
- We do not provide refunds if you just have a change of mind and do not want the product anymore.
- We only provide refunds for Faulty Product’s within a 20 day time limit from the original purchase date. For International Purchaser’s this time limit is 30 days.
- We also provide an exchange of Product if you have chosen an incorrect size of short within a 20 day time limit from the original purchase date. For International purchasers this time limit is 30 days.
- Except in the case of Faulty Products returns, original delivery charges are non-refundable and delivery charges for returned items are responsibility of the customer.
- We encourage customers to use registered or traceable postal services for any returned items as returned Products remain the responsibility of the Purchaser.
